Mission

በክልሉ ትምህርትና ሥልጠናን በስፋት፣ በጥራትና በፍትሀዊነት በማዳረስ፣ የሕብረተሰቡን አመራር ተሣትፎ ባረጋገጠ አደረጃጀት ተነሳሽነቱ የጐለበተ፣ በመብቱ የሚጠቀም፣ ግዴታውን የሚወጣ፣ ምርታማነቱ የዳበረ፣ ለአጠቃላይ ልማት መምጣት ምክንያት የሚሆን ሰብአዊ ሀብት ማፍራት ነው፡፡
