Mission

 የህግ የበላይነት ማረጋገጥና መልካም አስተዳደር ማስፈን፤  የህብረተሰቡን የፍትህ ጥማት ለማርካት የበኩሉን ድርሻ መወጣት፤  በሁሉም ቀበሌዎች ሰላምና መረጋጋት እንዲሰፍን ማስቻል፤  ከአጎራባች ወረዳዎች ጋር ቅንጂታዊ አሰራር በመፍጠር በአካባቢው ሰላም እንዲሰፍን ማስቻል፤  የከተማው ህብረተሰብ ድህነትን ለመዋጋትና ኢንቨስትመንትን ለማስፋፋት ለማበረታታት በሚደረገው ጥረት የተረጋጋ ፖለቲካዊ እና ማህበራዊ ሁኔታ መፍጠት፤

 Ensuring rule of law and establishing good governance;  To fulfill one's role to satisfy the society's thirst for justice;  To enable peace and stability to prevail in all kebeles;  To enable peace to prevail in the area by creating a coordinated system with the neighboring districts;  To create a stable political and social environment in the effort to encourage the urban society to fight poverty and expand investment;
