Mission

 ጥራት ያለው የቴክኒክ ሙያ ስልጠና በመስጠት ብቃቱ የተረጋገጠ የሰው ሀይልና ቴክኖሎጂ ማቅረብ፡፡  የጥቃቅና አነስተኛ ኢንተርፕራይዞች በስፋት እንዲቋቋሙ በማድረግ ሰፊ የሥራ ዕድል መፍጠር፡፡  ለኢንተርፕራይዞቹ የኢንዱስትሪ ኤክስቴንሽን አገልግሎት በመስጠት በገበያ ተወዳዳሪ እንዲሆኑ በማድረግ ለኢንዱስትሪያሊስቶች መሰረትና መፍለቂያ እንዲሆኑ ማስቻል፡፡

 Providing quality technical vocational training with qualified manpower and technology.  To create a wide range of employment opportunities by establishing micro and small enterprises on a large scale.  By providing industrial extension services to the enterprises, making them competitive in the market and enabling them to become a base and breeding ground for industrialists.
