Mission

ፖሊስዎችን፣ህጎችን እና የማስፈፀሚያ ስልቶችን በማመንጨትና በመንደፍ የከተማ የመሬት ይዞታ የአስተዳደር ስርዓቱን ዉጤታማ ለማድረግ ቀጣይነት ያለዉ የካዳስተር ሥርዓቱን የማስፈጸም አቅም መገንባት እና ለመንግስት የፖሊሲ አመንጪዎች ግብዓት የሚሆን የህጋዊ ካዳስተር መረጃ ማዕከል ሆኖ ማገልገል፡፡

Build the capacity of sustainable cadastral system enforcement by generating and designing polices, laws, and enforcement strategies to make the urban land tenure management system effective, and serve as a legal cadastral data center for input to government policy makers.
