የወጣቶችን ፖለቲካዊ፣ ማህበራዊና ኢኮኖሚያዊ ተሳትፎና ተጠቃሚነት ለማረጋገጥ ምቹ ሁኔታ በመፍጠርና ህዝባዊ መሰረት ያለዉ ስፖርትን በማስፋፋት የዜጐችን አካላዊና አዕምሮአዊ ብቃት በመገንባት የአገራችንን ህዳሴ ማረጋገጥ

To ensure the renaissance of our country by creating a favorable environment to ensure the political, social and economic participation and benefit of the youth and by expanding the public-based sports and building the physical and mental capacity of the citizens.
